Buying a scanner
I am in art school and am thinking of buying a scanner to scan in my artworks since we need to do this all the time. Does anybody have a good suggestion as to what type of model is good for scanning in drawings?

How big are your drawings? We use a Canon (I'll put in the model later) at school, and it works really well, the scans are really distinct and sharp.
I too have the hp (Deskjet F380 All-in-One), but I prefer the Canon.

Re: Buying a scanner
usually for scannners i'd go for canon types. in my college, all of the scanners are canon, though in my work place now i use HP, but i still prefer canon.

Re: Buying a scanner
I think the 3 in ones will come in handy in the long run. I have an HP too. =D
