From DramaWiki: After finally getting the courage to confess her feelings, Qi Yue (Rainie Yang) was handing her love letter to Yuan Yi (Kingone), but by a stroke of bad luck, he did not see and walked passed her. The person standing in front of her was the troublemaker of the school, infamously known for his devilish ways – Jiang Meng (Mike He). The devil will get what he wants, and the object of his desire was Qi Yue. Although having a cruel exterior, Ah Meng’s heart is kind and caring, which truly touched Qi Yue. This series was the first one that I really enjoyed watching it. Mike He and Rainie Yang look great together and story was also great. Especially when he stoled her a kiss and his evil smile looks so cute. Well I just love it!

Well i totally agree with you i loved this series too i had first read the manga though

hmm I'll have to check this series out. I really don't watch much drama...though if it's a good one I will watch it. I'll let you know my opinion afterwards. =D

hmmmmmm i watched the drama before i read the manga.......... it kinda has a weird cast for drama

I really liked this series though I had to work very hard to ignore the corny asian devil posing (Mike He is a hottie but it's still a corny pose)

I also read the manga first which is what made me want to watch it since I loved the manga. I dislike some changes to the plot made but I'm usually biased to the media that I see first.

This series was really worth watching. It's based upon the manga "Devil Beside You" and I really like Rainie Yang. She's pretty comical and entertaining.

I was wandering around yesterday thinking "what drama I'm going to watch now" and suddenly I saw "Devil beside you"... awwwww It was a shock! I didn't even remember this series was one of the first mangas I've ever read ( Akuma de Sourou).. I was so happy to see it was turned into a Taiwanese drama. I just watched the first episode and I liked it! The actors are handsome and the girl are really cute... I can't say about the acting, I still have to watch more episodes...

I must say I agree with "Gogo", it's hard to ignore the corny asian devil pose... somethimes I even get embarassed watching it hahahah but it's funny though.

My all time favorite drama. I have yet to find one I like as much. I've watched several dramas starring Mike He, but they just don't accentuate his bad boy image as much as they could.
